As an SVS Job Developer/Field Recruiter you will empower adults with Developmental Disabilities to gain meaningful work experience, confidence, and independence through employment, while also helping to grow an industry that provides a vital service to the Bay Area and San Francisco communities in need.
Qualifications:
· Self-motivated
· Ability to work independently
· Strong sense of understanding and empathy
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented and an ability to multi-task
· Education? High school or equivalency? AA Degree?

COVID-19 vaccination & booster required (SVS complies with Title VII and California’s FEHA)
Base pay generous commissions for productivity/placements and cell phone/mileage allowance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
