Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Day (8x5) - 07PM
Weekly Pay: $1,300.12
Pay Breakdown:-
Weekly Gross - $2,760 (Stipend – Nontaxable $1,200)
Hourly Blended Pay - $69 ($39 is taxable and $30 is nontaxable)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize use of radiation.
- Assist patient to procedure room.
- Advise on the provision of radiology equipment.
- May assist in the following, Angioplasty, Biopsies, image-guided thermal ablation and other procedures in the radiology department.
- Evaluate quality assurance performance.
- Monitor performance.
- Train staff and physicians in relevant aspects of radiation protections.
- Helps physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient`s blood vessels and organs.
- Observe patients during procedure and reports abnormal activity.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Two-year degree in Interventional Radiology.
· One year of experience as Interventional Radiology Technician.
· Current AHA BLS.

Pay: Up to $69.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
