Job Summary:
SWCVA is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our growing team. The primary function of this position is to provide end-to-end technical services and service all in-house software and hardware. In this position, you will utilize specialized knowledge, judgement, and skills to provide streamlined, efficient, and effective technical support to our offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains tracking of all equipment and supplies for all operational departments
- Setting up hardware such as computers, printers, scanners, phones, ect…
- Assist in onboarding New Hires and continue to refine the Onboarding process to improve the experience for New Hires
- Assisting with new location IT servicing
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
- Assist in developing service strategy to mitigate software, hardware, and networking issues
- Maintaining system functionality and testing computer components routinely
- Experience in physician environment and EMR systems is a plus.
- Responsible for the “Helpdesk” request, working hand in hand with IT and EMR specialist.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Associates, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 years’ relevant experience in IT
- Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation is helpful
- Physical requirement: Must be able to set up desks and move desktop/server equipment consisting of 30 pounds or more at times
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees
- Software skills on various packages – Microsoft suite is a must.
- Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment and the ability to think strategically
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet conflicting deadlines.
Ability to commute/relocate: Mesa, AZ. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
