We have big ambitions at SWD Inc.! We are growing our facilities and strengthening our capabilities. Over the past 40 years, SWD has been providing Metal Finishing, Fastener Sorting services, and Dip Spin coatings to the Greater Chicago Area.
SWD Inc. is adding a Outside Sales Representative to our team in Addison, IL. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for developing new business within the fastener industry.

You’ll help us achieve our company goals by bringing these skills to SWD Inc.
- 5 years min. of successful sales experience (prospecting account management) in a B2B environment
- Associates Degree or greater is a plus!
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Results oriented, used to multi-year sales cycles
- Excellent listener with strong communication skills. Some experience in cold calling and prospection.
- Curiosity and technical acumen. Experience in metal finishing or fasteners a strong plus.
- Autonomous but team player, especially a in cross-cultural environment
