Local Miami Beach neighborhood restaurant looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager.
We are open late daily and are looking to add a member to our team.
As a Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality as well as greeting and serving guests.

Assistant manager job description: Job duties and responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire operation
• Deliver superior guest services
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Plan and develop guest loyalty
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead staff
• Hire new employees
• Training and evaluate staff performance
• Manage Floor supplies
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Assist staff on floor ( bussing, running food and drinks if needed, host run the door, keeping order on floor and bar, making sure kitchen is running smooth, follow through on table and bar maintenance; managing staff during service)
