ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals along with Human Resources to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) along with Human Resources.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
