Job Summary
Swick Home Services is looking to add an enthusiastic, competent, and resourceful individual who can handle multiple activities in a busy environment to our team as Human Resources and Billings Administrator.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: **
Process all new employee enrollments for insurance and benefits.
Manage required training for OSHA compliance
Serve as a liaison between employees and insurance carries for all insurance plans
Manage the day to day recording and employee interactions for FMLA, workers compensation, accident reporting, and unemployment records
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Update payroll records by entering nay changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions, saving deductions, leave, compassionate leave, and nontaxable wages
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
Accounts receivable collections and financing transactions
Process and issue W-2 forms

Skills And Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft office
Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in a confidential professional manner
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with payroll software (QuickBooks)
Strong ethics and reliability
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Quickly able to adapt to new software
Qualifications
3 plus years’ experience in Human Resources and Billings (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Preferred)
QuickBooks experience (Required)
