A Public Sector client of ours is looking for Change Management Administrator to work on their ongoing project in Indianapolis, IN office.
Candidate's must be local to IN.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 7 Years hands on experience in the following.
- Experience planning, organizing, and controlling operations and activities associated with the IT Change Management Process
- Experience facilitating weekly team meetings including large technical audiences and executive/upper management
- Experience developing standards and procedure documentation
- Experience with issue tracking
- Communication facilitation (both internal and external)
- Experience providing training and communications
- Basic computer skills (MS Office products, Keyboard shortcuts, web browsers)
- Good organizational skills and calendar management
- Experience in industry adopted ITSM platforms
- Familiar with ITIL knowledge and process
- Certifications in ITIL Foundations, IT Service Management Essentials
- Ability to translate technical issues/knowledge to layman’s terms
- Power BI experience
- Ability to manage a small project through multiple groups/people
- Certification or experience with Root Cause Analysis
- Certification or experience with Problem/Incident Management
