What does an Inventory Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?
You get to work directly with the Warehouse Manager in regards to current stock and potential issues with orders.
Responsibilities include:
Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.
Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances.
Count and research and correct any variances in inventory.
Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner which does not disrupt production operations or product supply to the Sales Centers and especially to the customers.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
1 years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Project management, adhering to deadlines and prioritization of multiple projects at a time
Organization and professionalism, ability to influence key stake holders in different departments.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
Collaboration with multiple teams and departments, communication skills
