What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandiser position at Swire Coca-Cola?
Responsibilities
- Clean and organize shelves and / or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
- Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
- Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
- Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
- Utilize technology and applications throughout the day
- Maintain and organize back rooms / back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
- Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Base pay rate is $22.00 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
