About The Role
You would be involved with managing our automated underwriting solution (Magnum) client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction through data insights, account management practices, and training/coaching opportunities. You would be responsible for ensuring clients' solutions perform optimally, are current, and meet their strategic needs.

- Supporting process improvements
