Southwest Louisiana Area Health Education Center Data Clerk Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance and organization of project data and deliverables. Also, the accurate and precise collection and evaluation of all direct and indirect interactions with all affected communities.
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:
• Collect and monitor data from Empowerment Coordinators / Community Health Workers.
• Complete all reports / spreadsheets in a timely manner are report back to Empowerment Coordinators
• Assist Empowerment Coordinators / Community Health Workers with scheduled activities/sites.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements & Skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of secretarial experience, college, or technical school.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to deal tactfully with all types of telephone calls and visitors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General office, computer and clerical skills.
• Ability to use advanced computer programs.
• Frequent local travel to and from pre-designated sites.
• Reliable transportation to and from testing sites is required.
