*This role is onsite in San Diego 2-3 times per week and must work PST hours.*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Swoon’s clients and our internal sales team to understand open job requirements and deliver the highest quality service
- Identify top talent for our customers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skillsets, experience and culture fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and industry professionals through strong communication and superior candidate care
- Network and build your presence through client meetings, industry events, social media and weekly connections
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly recruitment activity targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices in the recruitment space
- Contribute to the overall success of the company
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years of professional experience required, with prior recruiting experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources, finance, communications, marketing, business or a related field required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the recruitment industry including: Finance & Accounting, Digital/Marketing/Creative, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain and Information Technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
