Are You a Top Sales Performer?
We are seeking a passionate and motivated results-oriented Sales Director for Retail Accounts with a track record in sales. You have great negotiation skills with proven sales results and a roladex of contacts in the brand world. Maybe you were a merchant or you have sold technology or distribution solutions to brands. Retailers that are relevant to Swyft are large mass retailers, grocery retailers, convenience retailers, speciality retailers and travel retailers and online retailers. Categories are broad; Consumer Electronics, communications, Consumer Pacaked Goods, Gifts Cosmetics & Beauty, Health related, You will be given target criteria and manage your own pipeline of prospects and you will use data to refine your sales strategy.
As our Sales Director - Retail, you will report to the SVP of Sales and you will have responsibility for bringing on new accounts and partnerships.

Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience
- Relevant industry experience & an existing network of retail industry contacts
- Power user of CRM systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Technology savvy, Google, Excel, Word, Zoom, etc
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing deals
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- BA/BS MBA degree or equivalent work experience
