About the role

This full-time position is for a talented individual to support our sales team in driving growth in Swyft’s location development. You will work on a variety of projects in CRM, quotas, reporting, research, data management, outreach, analytics, automation, and more. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, be confident in your ability with excellent organizational and communication skills, have strong attention to detail, a love for high-growth environments, and long-term aspirations in sales and administration. Your focus will be to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team that you support.

 

You will

  • Plan, strategize with, and support the location sales team to allocate their time accordingly on the most pressing opportunities
  • Actively manage the day-to-day CRM activities for the location sales team, updating data, loading new data, prioritizing tasks
  • Coordinate priorities with the location marketing team to create a clear funnel of opportunities in the appropriate priority channels
  • Prepare management reports that show the location sales funnel by salesperson and by channel, including client presentations that display the sales activity
  • Conduct analytical research to determine the most successful and repeatable activities
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, calls, and travel
  • Support sales activities at in-person events and tradeshows
  • Support and coordinate account management activities with sales activities
  • Prepare, edit and distribute presentation materials

 

About you

  • At least 3 years experience in sales, support, and administration
  • Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
  • Significant experience in CRM and database administration
  • Experience in supporting a sales team and sales funnel activities
  • Have strong attention to detail; taking care in your work and how you present our company
  • Long-term aspirations in sales and administration and a passion for seeing exponential growth; therefore a desire to build out scalable systems
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; a record of teaming up and finding and building solutions
  • A results-oriented mindset and the desire to take initiative and own projects with passion and commitment

 

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite, direct marketing tools, and analytics platforms
