Position Summary
Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a passion for driving successful projects? Join us at SyBridge Technologies, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier solutions to our clients. As a Program Manager at our SyBridge Digital Solutions group, you’ll take ownership of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and customer expectations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key customer projects throughout the entire order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to uphold a record of zero defects in additive programs for General Motors.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SyBridge’s manufacturing technologies, including Additive (DLS, MJF), Injection Molding, and CNC Machining.
- Understand the full customer order lifecycle and the corresponding processes, from application scoping through to order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Fulfillment, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Engage with Sales and General Motors to strengthen our partnership by scoping, quoting, and executing new automotive additive (3D printing) programs.
- Lead the launch and execution of four additive programs with General Motors.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred for this role.
- Prior experience in a Program Management role is required.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
- Background in injection mold design and/or manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
