What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at SYKES?

This highly visible role works closely with business and HR leadership to guide and influence the everyday function of HR at the site. You will also be an employee advocate to all employees at the location. This is an exciting, fast-paced, high impact role.
What you'll do:
- Build a connection with employees and key leaders to help with all HR related issues
- Act on and assists with investigations providing impartial review, reporting and actions.
- Prepare and process employee and leadership related actions and approvals
- Analyze and process LOA/FMLA/ADA
- Foster and maintain employee engagement with the organization and HR
Desired qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years' experience in Human Resources Generalist or Specialist role
- Foundational understanding of HR Laws and Regulations
- Ability to influence and impact organization
