The K Christensen Agency is seeking to hire licensed insurance agents or job seekers looking to become licensed in insurance sales. Available positions include entry level to experienced insurance sales. All openings involve training and career growth. The ideal candidate is seeking a rewarding career, work/life balance, and has big long-term goals and dreams. Representatives are responsible for meeting with and serving families that have requested help with mortgage protection, life insurance, etc. No cold calling or sales quotas are required.
Job Details:
You will be trained on The K Christensen Agency selling system.
Provide service to clients changing insurance needs by selling various policies. Maintain a high level of customer service with clients.
To help, hire, and train new agents.
Establish productive working relationships with clients. Relationships are established from the comfort of your own home or in person. Must be comfortable working on a computer and on Zoom as well as the phone.
Compile sales funnel and pipeline.
Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
Expected to learn and understand the products available.
