We are looking for a few ambitious individuals that want to grow personally as much as professionally to leverage our tools, technology and training, to help get to our clients in a timely manner.
Our agents experience an incredible work-life balance by following our sales & recruiting systems to build their business even with no previous experience! Our agents earn 5% permanent commission raises every 2 months by meeting certain production minimums.

FT or PT positions available with the ability to work completely virtual via Zoom or over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Call warm leads and schedule consultations
- Consult with clients to dial in their coverage based on what fits their needs and budget
- Complete insurance applications with the client and follow up to ensure coverage is placed
- Service clients for best experience and generate referrals & more sales. Referrals build a great base!
- Hire and train new reps to help protect more families. The more families we help, the faster you grow.
Requirements:
- Active Life Insurance License in 1 or multiple states
- Those without an insurance license MUST be willing to obtain an insurance license within the state of their
residence
- Strong, reliable internet and phone service
- Computer with webcam for video conferences with clients and team meetings
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive mindset
- No required, previous experience in insurance sales.
