The Bost Agency is looking for self-motivated Salespeople willing to get licensed and Licensed Life Insurance Agents. Fully Remote position. We can train you to become a Sales Manager within the next 12 months. You will be required to learn our award-winning sales platform (training included) as a Manager, to help hire and train new salespeople. We are looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put their heart and soul into his or her work.
The Bost Agency protects families with life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, etc. Our new agents make up to 75-150K per year, even with no sales experience. There is no cold calling, our leads system provides you with plenty of leads. If you aren't licensed, our fast-track licensing program will get you licensed and earn money quickly.
Commission based only with monthly bonuses.
This is a new position that has an incredibly high commission and bonus structure. We have multiple forms of in house generated leads so there is no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have requested information on the product. Here at The Bost Agency, I am looking for a Sales Associate, once licensed and trained, who will take client requests, call to set an appointment, and utilize our proven virtual presentation to sell them the product they requested. Our full-time salespeople average speaking with 8 15 clients per week. Many of our salespeople start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.
