Our Guest Assistant will:
· Display Symphony’s standards of excellence by treating every patient and with the utmost respect and kindness.
· Assist all residents with any Activities of Daily Living including but not limited to Dressing, eatting, transportation, and personal hygine.
· Interact and communicate with all resident’s and their family members on any daily care needs.
· Monitor and report to the clinical team any changes in resident’s status and performance of daily activities
· Perform any assigned housekeeping duties to aid in resident’s care
