Job Description
A successful General Manager embodies company’s culture and values. Wearing the “Owners Hat”, the General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits, and ensure that guests are completely satisfied with their dining experience. The General Manager reports to the District Manager and Owner.

Other Physical/Legal Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- 50-hour workweek
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal
- Face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred- 2 years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience
- Preferred - ServSafe Certified
