Position Description
Belt Shop – InstallerMust be available to work from 7am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Shift would either be from 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm.
Position is temporary full time.
Position pays $14.00 per hour.
Position Duties
Measure, Cut and Fabricate conveyor belting utilizing Belt Slitters, Heat Guns, Vguide and Cleat Applicators, Lacing
Machines, Drills, Punch Press, Squaring Devices, Tape Measures along with various other related Hand Tools.
Roll up and Wrap finished conveyor belting.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Communicate clearly with co-workers and customers regarding Belt Sales Orders and Installations.
Listen to and follow directions.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Complete designated training by deadlines.
Demonstrate and maintain skills learned.
Drive Company vehicle to customer installs.
Present Professional appearance and demeanor and positive image of company to customers.
Drive sit down Propane Forklift to access and organize belting slab stock on pallets.
Position requires standing during non break times.
Attributes/Skills
Minimum High School Diploma
California Drivers License in good standing with good driving record.
Communicate clearly in English Speaking & Writing(Spanish Speaking a big plus).
Good listener and able to competently follow directions.
Enjoys working in fast paced busy environment.
Adaptable, Flexible, Dependable.
Highly Productive and strong organizational skills.
