What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integration & Relationship Specialist position at Sync1 Systems?
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Integration & Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with our Sync1 Systems product and development teams. Your primary responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing the integration of new applications into the existing system as well as building and maintaining positive relationships with our partners. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
- Discover and identify new partner opportunities.
- Draft and execute any legal documentation.
- Keep track of integration projects and ensure that they meet business requirements and goals. This includes coordination of communication with partners and integration scoping.
- Fulfill end user requirements.
- Identify and resolve any system/integration issues.
- Research and review all proper documentation to ensure the successful integration of a new application.
- Collaborate with partners/vendors and product team to identify all requirements.
- Work with vendors, developers, implementation team, and product owner to lead in the integration testing phase.
- Regular outreach calls checking for opportunities, building relationships, getting new contacts.
- Help coordinate webinars, press releases, user conference sponsors.
- Help train employees on new application features.
- Write user stories to help define end user goal.
- Help with client requests.
- Build reports for both clients and for internal purposes.
- Look for opportunities to improve the business process by integrations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in software development company
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates strong analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to follow procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and set priorities
- Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take direction and execute effectively
- Project management experience
- Meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Work cohesively with a team or partner/vendor
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and JSON
- REST / SOAP Tools
- Database experience
- Agile development methodologies
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TargetProcess, Zendesk.
- Experience in user story writing for product development
