SyncTimes is a fast-growing SaaS business that provides the leading software platform for community health centers. SyncTimes provides real-time data and communication tools that enhance patient flow, staff safety, and operational efficiency. Integrating with major EHRs, the platform offers workflow automation, patient tracing, and analytics to help clinics increase revenue, reduce chaos, and improve care quality.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Account Executive will be responsible for engaging with leads and building/managing new business pipeline. The Account Executive will also handle product demonstrations and closing activities for new business. As the point of contact for prospects, the Account Executive will also be responsible for representing the SyncTimes brand, demonstrating capabilities, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with identified leads
- Cultivate additional leads
- Assess the needs, pain points and quality of every lead
- Demonstrate product capabilities and align those with identified needs
- Capture all communications in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Maintain constant contact with all active leads
- Develop a strong understanding and the capabilities of our solution
- Meet aggressive performance goals and metrics
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS sales meeting and exceeding quota, preferably in a high growth organization
- Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our customers
- Demonstrated ability to conduct presentations, manage questions and respond to feedback
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills – and a commitment to maintain good internal and external relationships
- Excellent multi-tasking – able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills required to capture all communications in our CRM (Hubspot)

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
