Syndicus is currently looking for an HR Professional for one of our top clients based in our Pittsburgh, PA office.
Salary based on experience ( $52k to $82k)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing human resource programs, including safety, recruitment, interviewing, selection, orientation, training, compensation, evaluation, discipline and termination.
Experienced in Employee Relations, On-boarding, Engagement & Retention, Training, Change Management, Talent Management, Payroll and Benefits
Knowledge of Federal, State Employment and Payroll Laws.
Demonstrated ability to learn and integrate new information, procedures, software and techniques easily.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; dedicated, self-motivated, ambitious, flexible team member who can multi-task and is detail orientated.
Experienced at utilizing internet technologies to improve organizational performance
Skills/Experience:
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent work experience
Experience/Other required:
Up to five (5) years of human resources experience, including thorough understanding of pertinent employment law and human resources compliance and administrative practices.
Strong administrative and office management skills.
PHR certification a plus
