- Established, successful and thriving boutique law firm in Calabasas, CA seeks an attorney with a minimum of 5-years' experience in transactional business law.
- Must be licensed with the State Bar of California and be comfortable negotiating and preparing shareholder, stock option, buy-sell, employment and settlement/release agreements with minimal supervision.
- High energy team, great culture and support in fast moving office.
- Full-time position, salary commensurate with experience w/long term opportunity.
- Firm office closes early every Friday. NO BILLABLE HOURS REQUIREMENT.

- Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 37.5 per week
