Responsibilities
This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. The District Manager will be directly responsible to hire, train and develop, as well as coach the sales team in their district in order to successfully promote product targeted physicians. You will:
- Lead, implement and coach for effective execution of tactical marketing plans within the district to drive recommendation and sales growth
- Effectively coach individual Sales Representatives within district to elevate performance and achieve objectives and goals
- Achieve all performance goals and objectives for geographical assignments through the Sales Representatives

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 years of field health care sales experience preferred
- 3 years of district or regional management experience
- Dental industry experience is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
