Responsibilities
This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. While reporting to the Field Talent Manager, the Territory Account Manager will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. Other responsibilities include:
- Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets
- Deliver specific presentations of client's product to appropriate health care professionals in both the Clinic/Office and Hospital setting by utilizing our customer engagement selling model
- Effectively utilize and manage all client approved resources to optimize customer engagement
Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or life sciences preferred
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
- 3 years specialty sales experience, preferably in Infectious or Rare Disease, Immunology or Oncology
- Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
