Responsibilities
- On a daily basis review, analyze, and make decisions on the purchasing data generated by the ERP System
- Purchase material and services from approved vendors ensuring the best price and lead times to support operational needs.
- Expedite and communicate with all vendors as required.
- Provide guidance and training to others.
- Provide feedback to all departments as it relates to lead time, quality, and/or cost issues.
- Manage AS9100 Approved Vendor List
- Work with quality and engineering on all quality issues related to purchased material and outside services - including getting RMA"s, completing all transactions required in our ERP System, and parts are properly dispositioned.
- Purchasing of all TATS material
- Minimum 2yr College Degree (4yr degree in Business/Engineering preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of ERP system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products
