The Vice President of Human Resource will be responsible for all HR areas within Synergis Education (the Company). Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Department and report directly into the Chief of Staff
- As a leader of a small team, perform tactical duties across many HR Functional areas
- Handle highly confidential, sensitive and/or critical information, files, records, and reports
- Serve as a backup resource to process payroll, hiring, new hires orientations, performance management and terminations
- Review current PEO relationship for strategic and financial opportunities to improve outcomes relative to cost
- Develop and document SOP’s for this position to ensure repeatable and scalable processes
- Assist Executive and Senior Leadership Team in Organizational Development initiatives to further standardize and scale staff in line with strategic growth initiatives
- Work with the CIO in the implementation of internal HRIS system, while ensuring integration to existing PEO systems

Education/Experience
Master’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; SHRM certification preferred.
