Data Analyst Remote United States Contract to Hire
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working on analytics projects focused on gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing in-depth analyses, and interpreting results to develop actionable insights and recommendations for our contact centers. Specifically, you will work on the IVR Optimization project, identifying key areas of opportunity within the IVR system to efficiently handle more calls. Your findings will be transformed into hypotheses and handed off to the development team for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and integrate large volumes of data from diverse sources.
- Perform detailed analyses to identify opportunities within the IVR system.
- Develop hypotheses based on analytical insights and collaborate with the development team for implementation.
- Utilize analytics tools such as SQL, SuccessKPI, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Nexida Interaction Analytics (Speech), and Cloudwatch to extract, organize, and interpret complex data sets.
- Support business initiatives by analyzing, querying, and providing ongoing assistance for internally developed processes.
- Automate processes using existing tools, including the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Excel Services, Performance Point, and PowerPivot).
- Communicate technical information effectively to internal business clients, translating their requests into clear technical requirements.
- Write Transact-SQL code to extract accurate data for business inquiries and generate reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Validate all queries constructed with a keen attention to detail and visualize data effectively to address business questions.
Qualifications:
- Contact Center Experience: Previous experience in a contact center environment is essential.
- Strong analytical abilities to extract, collect, organize, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL, SuccessKPI, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Nexida Interaction Analytics (Speech), and Cloudwatch.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with internal business clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in SQL development, report creation using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, and knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all queries and data visualization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, SharePoint (using the BI Stack) would be an added advantage.
