Our recent success has further fueled our relentless drive to push our growth to a new record, therefore, our need to add an entry-level Sales Representative to the team is essential to maintain consistency and fluidity with our sales objectives for our clients. The entry-level Sales Representative must be an insightful and competent communicator. The entry-level Sales Representative must also be an individual who can effectively multi-task and possesses a strong attention to detail. Once this individual has proven their ability to perform fundamental sales tactics, they will be given extra responsibilities and will move into a Sales Management role.
Responsibilities the Sales Representative at the entry-level:
- Customer service and client education tailored to each individual by preparing and studying client information and product offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed by the Sales Manager.
- A thorough presentation of clients’ capabilities, services, and offerings to customers.
- Communicates Information well to departments and customer base.
- Develop an understanding of the importance of continued consumer engagement and client success.
- Once fully trained and qualified, coach, and lead a team of representatives with varying levels of experience to meet sales and service goals.
- Conduct team and one-on-one meetings on a regular basis in the initial training and post-training.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- The capability of and desire for professional growth and future advancement within a professional sales environment.
- This is a trainee position. The candidate will initially be trained on the duties of an outside sales trainee and transitioned into a Sales Manager.
- Basic understanding of products and learning how to sell through on the job training.
- Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers and implement their strategies.
