We’re on the hunt for a Benefits Consultant to add to our best-in-class Benefits team! We are looking for Superstar to grow revenue through new business sales, account rounding, cross-selling and current client retention

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate the employee benefit options process for new and existing groups through all phases, including quoting, enrollment, software installation, employer education, carrier requirements and record maintenance with identified producers, sub agents or on own by meeting with clients and/or prospects
- Assist in the resolution of claim disputes for clients as needed
- Plan and coordinate seminars for clients and prospects on an annual basis
- Maintain client and prospect files and conduct courtesy calls for cross-selling and account preservation per policy
- Serve as Benefits Coordinator for the agency and its employees
- Attend carrier meetings as scheduled and report contents to department
- Participate in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Hybrid role (flexibility on in-office and remote)
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life/health insurance in PA/OH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve, including claims resolution
- Good decision-making ability; good judgment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; preferably Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as knowledge of Applied software, Automation software/quoting systems for carriers, Benefit Point and HRIS onboarding systems
- Life, Accident & Health License
