Primary Responsibilities:
-Manage recruitment ads (online, Social Media, etc.), screen applicants, credential and on-boarding, orientation, maintain electronic employee files -Manage, support, and coach caregivers
-Scheduling responsibilities and tasks associated with scheduling
-Entry of caregiver and client information in a timely manner
-Monitor assignments and caregiver arrival/departure times and restaff when necessary
-Become the reliable point of contact for each caregiver
-Create initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and increase caregiver morale
-Monitoring and establishing procedures for office record keeping and ensuring the confidentiality and
security of data
-Answer telephones for client's issues and inquiries
Work is based out of our Fort Collins office and the schedule will be 8-5p M-F.
