Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Program Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Status Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and addressing their concerns.
• Capacity Planning: Collaborate with team members to assess capacity and resource requirements, ensuring projects are adequately staffed and resourced.
• Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to discuss and showcase expertise in status reporting tools and techniques during interviews.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
