You will help shape the future of Agriculture by:
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver people strategies, processes and solutions which ensure that the organizational capability, processes, systems, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals
- Coaching leaders on career development, employee experience, best in class leadership practices
- Executing HR processes including talent reviews, succession planning, organizational health priorities, and compensation planning activities
- Leading a team of HR Generalists and establish new ways of working and project management discipline to support the North America HR Operating Model in: Employee Relations, People & Organizational Development Support & Delivery, Talent Acquisition Support, and HR Projects
- Lead a team of HR Generalists and establish new ways of working to support North America HR Operating Model with a focus on developing project management discipline to become an agile team of HR problem solvers
- Provide strategic insight into people data, partnering with leaders to create effective strategies that support business objectives and align the regional people strategy with the global people strategy
- Influence and coach leaders at all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and learning agility with proven experience in facilitating employee issues and conflict resolution
- Excellent project management skills together with collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills to prioritize and guide work efficiently
- Stakeholder management - Experience leading and working effectively across disciplines within a matrix environment spread across geographies and cultures
- Lead and manage large transformations through project management, collaboration, engagement, influencing and communication
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of prior, progressive Human Resource Business Partner experience
- People leadership experience
- Advanced experience in coaching leaders at all levels
- Knowledge and understanding of State and Federal HR Laws
- Must be authorized to work for Syngenta in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
- Master's degree
- SPHR certification
- Demonstrated experience and involvement in strategic planning
- Experience making effective presentations to both large and small groups
