Scope:
Strategically drive approved projects through the project lifecycle, relying on expertise to anticipate and address change requests, issue management, risk management and status reporting. Accountable for and manage the scope, schedule, budget, quality and post-pilot deployment waves of very large (multiyear) projects from pilot to full deployment across the enterprise. Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources. Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them. Responsible for ensuring effective decision making when presented multiple options for how to progress with the project. Oversee dependencies across project tasks.
Essential Functions:
Own all aspects of large projects, to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco.
Define and lead project scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risk, and budget.
Partner with all stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed project schedules.
Oversee the project budget, including purchases and contracts, and monthly spend and resource forecasting. Research cost-effective alternatives to enhance cost efficiency while delivering quality results.
Supervise and execute on purchase requisitions and onboard third party resources to specific projects.
Serves as final point of escalation in remediation of risks, issues, or requests. Evaluates impact of scope changes on the projects and how it may interact with other projects.
Drives communications between stakeholders of dependent projects and with Sysco management.
Develop and deliver presentations on multiple projects.
Apply new techniques and methodologies or adapt existing techniques and methodologies to solve project-related issues.
Mentor junior members of the team.

Mandatory Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5-8 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in an agile environment
Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
Proven experience managing design and delivery of low-to-medium complexity products
Sound knowledge of emerging technologies focusing on cloud products, SaaS platforms, or Enterprise Applications
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
2 years of experience working with business leaders to implement capabilities within Salesforce
PMP/CAPM/Prince 2 Certification
2 years of Salesforce hands-on experience, preferably in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Strong Salesforce Lightning knowledge/experience and understanding of constraints of the platform
Experience working with Service business constituents.
Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Cloud Certifications
