Business Support Associate
Location: Ewing, NJ
Duration: 6 months contract
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a - 4:30p, 30 minute unpaid lunch (37.5 hours)
Summer hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day): Monday - Thurs 8:30a - 5:30p, 30 minute lunch, Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM, no break
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing orders in accordance with customer and company’s performance standards through basic data analysis, best practices and sound decision making.
- Customer communications, order entry and order fulfillment through interaction with external and internal customers (Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Chain).
- Identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues related to shipments (material availability, system errors, information errors).
- Help maintain accurate customer master data by submitting requests for changes and working with Master Data Management team on related issues.
- Order Processing (entering orders into SAP)
- Resolving system issues and ensuring that data is transferred appropriately from different systems.
- BS degree and 2 years of experience in customer service OR HSD and 5 years of experience in customer service
- HS diploma with 5 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a high-pressure fast-paced environment or BS degree from an accredited institution with some work experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred and strong MS Office skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that reinforce the team environment.
- Strong detail-orientation, organizational and follow-up skills required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Exhibit the company’s Global Behaviors required within the Specialty Products Division including digitally savvy, positive attitude, simplify, helps out, aim high, and get the facts.
