Electrical Assembler / Industrial Electrician / Electrical Technician :
- Electrical wiring and assembly of all electrical systems and components ( circuit breakers, electrical panels, etc ) for passenger railcars ( passenger trains )
- Includes some mechanical assembly and wire harness preparation
- Working from instruction manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, lists and drawings
- Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.
Qualifications :
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience with electrical assembly
- Previous experience in such roles as : Electrician, Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Electrical Assembler, etc
- Must be able to read and follow manuals (parts lists, work instructions, schematics, diagrams, etc.)
