Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and drive the FLISR process from design and construction to device installation and integration with ADMS.
- Collaborate with field and FLISR engineers to monitor and manage the programming and testing of protection devices.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of every stage of engineering through comprehensive gate checks and quality assurance measures.
- Support the development of job aids for various FLISR activities, promoting efficiency and consistency in the execution of tasks.
- Proactively develop and manage the program budget, ensuring completion within guided variance, and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track issues and maintain reporting processes to facilitate the smooth implementation of the FLISR program, escalating any concerns to management for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the utility industry, preferably with a focus on FLISR and ADMS.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software tools and applications.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to FLISR and distribution systems.
Pay Rate: $105.00/hr.
