Responsibilities:
- Schedule drug screens/background checks and submit IT requests.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Schedule interviews, aid in the interview and selection process, and file necessary documents.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other HR team members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associates degree and HR certification preferred.
- Experience in recruiting/onboarding, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to conduct interviews, preferably in person.
