Salary: $85K to $95K
Location: Ewing, NJ
Duties and Responsibilities:
The HRIS Manager analyzes, designs, and implements Human Resources systems with primary focus on Workday. In addition, he/she partners with key stakeholders to improve user experience as well as increase the efficiency of data processing and integrity. This individual also interfaces with third party vendors and IT to ensure that the needs of the business are met.
- Lead in the research, design, implementation and maintenance of internal/external solutions for HCM, Payroll Integrations, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits and special projects.
Provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resources Centers of Excellence to ensure efficient use of Workday through enhancements, process re-engineering, on-going maintenance and roadmap planning. - Responsible for training the Workday community on new features and processes related to new implementations and maintenance updates.
- Collaborates with the Payroll Team on critical and regulatory updates impacting Payroll processing activities.
- Manages the research and resolutions for ad-hoc inquiries and escalations related to, but not limited to Payroll, Benefits and general HCM.
- Manages the twice per year annual Workday Release process.
Qualifications:
- BS degree from accredited institution is required, focus in HR, computer science or related field preferred
- 5 years of relevant HR and HR Systems experience
- Strong Workday experience is required
- Prior experience in HR Technology implementation/configuration for Payroll, Benefits or Recruiting a plus
