00 per hour Leasing Agent Responsibilities : Leasing Agent will assist Property Manager by splitting time between two properties in Seaside Heights, NJ and Waretown, NJ Helps shows units to prospective tenants, assists with rental payments, late notices, processing work orders, etc.
Answers incoming phone calls and provides information or routes call to appropriate person Greets visitors, prospective tenants and current residents Provide potential and current residents with accurate information on available rental units May post basic info on various social media such as the company’s, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Leasing Agent Requirements : Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. At least six (6) months prior leasing, property management or other related experience is a plus.
Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. #M1
