The Drywall Sr. Project Manager must have at least 5 years of commercial drywall industry experience. - 5-10 years of commercial drywall industry experience
- Construction estimation experience
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, and strong management focus
- OSTA software experience preferred but not required
- Point of contact with customers, superintendents, and sub-contractors
- Managing & estimating a project from beginning to end, ensuring that construction activities stay on schedule and within budget
- Prepare detailed proposals based upon thorough understanding of drawings and specifications
- Attend site visits, pre-bid walkthroughs, jobsite walkthroughs, coordination meetings, pull schedule meetings & any other meetings to perform responsibilities
- Travel to job sites required
