System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to strengthen our Field Marketing team with professional, dynamic, and growth minded individuals. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the sales operations inside and out while making a direct impact on our clients.
The Field Marketing summer internship will allow you the opportunity to explore the residential construction industry while building skills that are crucial to be successful in a sales career.
Our Field Marketing interns will train alongside management as well as their fellow, full-time Field Marketing Associates. This role offers collaboration and team-building opportunities as you work closely with the team to hit numbers set by management. The Field Marketing internship gives you access to our clients via attending home shows, fairs, additional events as well as door to door marketing.

About You

- Builds Positive Relationships: Develops connections with potential customers via strong communication skills that enable the client to be educated on the different products and services we offer.

Responsibilities & Duties
System Pavers’ Field Marketing internship requires a candidate that is comfortable with all types of people both in public spaces and at their front door.
As a Field Marketer, you would attend the outlined events to connect with attendees and educate them on what we as a company offer. Additionally, you would go out with the team to directly connect with homeowners through the door-to-door marketing. Field Marketers are focused on setting appointments with these potential clients for the Design Consultants to do a free estimate.
Experience & Skills
- Be 18 years with a good driving record and reliable transportation
- Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
- Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable using a tablet and necessary software
- Be able to work weekends and special events
- Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
- Have a strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude!
