One of our top clients is looking for a Full time Cash Management Operations Specialist. This individual will be working for one of Buffalo’s best kept secrets! You will be asked to:
- Assist with the management and administration of Petty Cash Card for all holders.
- Maintain/Update cash sheet portfolio of approx. 15 properties on a monthly basis
- Support Controller and Assistant Controller with recurring monthly cash management payments
- Assist as back up for Insurance Coordinator, when out of the office as the point person to report to the carrier employee incidents via the WC Portal.

Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day, Accounts Specialist responsibilities for the maintenance of a portfolio of up to 10 properties at a given time.
- Assist with the administration and help to devise and enhance the reporting and review process of monthly Vendor Statement received at the corporate office.
- Support other AP department functions including but not limited to:
- Pay Invoices online via ACH to decrease live checks as we migrate to electronic payments
- Process Invoices for the Business Technologies, Insurance Departments as well as various quarterly charges for the AP Dept.
- Charging out costs to properties as needed and managing funding
- Enter and Process all Invoices for Corporate Credit Cards
- Work with CM, AP & Accounting on stale dated checks, assist with respective voids and reissuances.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma; two to four year degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience with an emphasis in accounting/bookkeeping background is ideal.
- Need to be able to multitask daily activities.
- Mid to high level computer skills required with strong emphasis on Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
