- Workday: Experience Working In Workday
- Microsoft Power BI
- Experience Working With A Market Pricing System.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Finance, Human Resources Or Other Related Discipline
- 2-4 Years: Compensation, Finance, Or Analytics Experience
- Compensation: Basic Knowledge Of Technical And Legal Aspects Of Compensation.
- Problem Solving: Continuous Curiosity And A Knack For Solving Problems.
- Project Management: Project Management Skills; Working To Deadlines And Multitasking.
- Data Modeling: Proficiency In Data Modelling And Data Visualization
- Ability To Thrive In A Fast-Paced, Results-Driven Organization.
- Attention To Detail: Strong Analytical Ability, Organizational Skills, And Attention To Detail.
- Communication: Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
- Office 365: Proficiency In Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams And PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced Knowledge Or Excel. Must Be Able To Create And Write Formulas And Pivot Tables.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Pref
- Performs ad hoc compensation analysis, reports, recommendations, data audit as requested by compensation leaders. This role will work regularly with large internal and external data sets, and partner with stakeholders to discuss/interpret findings. May be responsible for system maintenance related to compensation functions; proactively ensures compensation data integrity.
- Conducts market research on various critical compensation topics (i.e., remote work strategy, remote pay policy/practice changes, geographic differential strategy, salary budget planning, STI plan metrics, hot jobs, talent insights) with the goal of clearly and logically summarizing market trends and best practices.
- Assists with compensation operation and process improvement, analyzes existing processes and historical data to determine ways to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. Provides support to implement such enhancements when applicable. Creates and maintains process documentation, workflows and project plans to support department operations and projects.
- Supports annual market pricing and location factor review, working with consultants to identify market matches. Oversees annual survey budget and participation.
- Support the development and testing of new tools, dashboards and analytics for Compensation team.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
