As our SMB Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales force. This position is perfect for someone passionate about guiding and developing a team, not just managing one. You will inspire a dedicated sales team, focusing on outside direct sales within a specified geographic area. Your leadership will nurture a team culture that thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and achieving success together.

**While this is a hybrid role, in order to be considered for this position, candidates must reside or plan to move to the Little Rock, AR area**

Job Responsibilities

Foster a team environment that values collaboration and continuous development to achieve and surpass targets in subscriber growth, revenue, retention, and cost per gross add (CPGA).

  • Lead by example to meet or surpass the sales goals for your region.
  • Spearhead operational initiatives with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to encourage open communication and sharing of best practices.
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower a team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of success and ongoing professional growth.
  • Provide continuous coaching and support, both in the office and in the field, to help team members meet their personal and professional goals.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the business's evolving needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)


Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in new customer acquisition sales within a commissioned environment (Required).
  • Leadership or team management experience (Preferred).
  • Experience in telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred).


Skills:

  • Exceptional mentoring and coaching abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging both large audiences and one-on-one conversations.
  • A track record of achieving high business sales success.
  • Experience with HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
