Your Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and drive sales of US Cellular products and services
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate opening/closing for store, including staff coverage, inventory, cycle counts, cash management, and equipment.
  • Ensures store staff is meeting and exceeding all KPI’s through effective training, motivation, coaching, development, and performance recognition.
  • Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of company.
  • Develops and implements retail sales strategies for store and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the store.
  • Manages performance, staffing and training requirements.

To be successful in this role you need:

  • At least 1 year of retail sales or experience in the service industry
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age.
  • Must have experience and proven abilities in coaching, training, inventory control and managing others
  • Proven ability and experience at leading and mentoring people to deliver results
  • Stay on top of US Cellular and competitors’ products and services so you and your sales team can be experts for customers.
  • Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to stay up to date in the ever-changing wireless industry.
  • Being willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is just part of the job! We are flexible if you are!
